OBJECTIVE: To earn the right to your business and referrals.
MY COMPANY: I have been licensed with RE/MAX since March of 1999. Prior to that our company was known as Century 21 Premier Properties with a long established record as market leaders in Alexandria.
MY BACKGROUND: After earning a degree in elementary education from St. Cloud State University, I spent the next 20 years traveling the United States and the world with my husband as he was a career Naval Flight Officer. During that time I took on various short-term teaching positions. In 1978, I became a licensed Realtor in California and was active there until our move overseas.
1989 was “our retirement year” from the Navy and we chose Alexandria as our new home!
Throughout my 27+ years in real estate, I have prided myself on keeping current with quality education and training. I have earned the Graduate of Real Estate Institute designation (GRI), the Accredited Buyer Representative designation (ABR) and the Certified Residential Specialist designation (CRS). The latter is held by only 5% of the nation’s REALTORs. I have consistently been one of our sales leaders.
I have served as President of the Greater Alexandria Association of REALTORS and have been on the Board of that organization for many years. I am currently serving on the Executive Committee of the Minnesota State Board of REALTORs plus I also serve on the Professional Standards Committee of that Board.
I have been chosen in the past by my fellow REALTORs as an agent they would choose to work with if they were buying or selling a home, which indicates to you that I can get the job done with professionalism and attention to detail. (This was determined by a telephone poll of random agents in the Alexandria area.)
In 2006, 2007, 2008, 2010 and 2011 I was part of the Top 100 agents in the RE/MAX system for all of Minnesota and Wisconsin! I can get the job done!
MY INTERESTS: I enjoy playing tennis, eating fabulous food and traveling to visit our daughters and their families! Locally, I serve as a Board member of the Alexandria Area Community Foundation.
